What we collect

• Quote requests. When you send the form on our Contact page we receive the details you enter: your name, company, country, email address, phone number, the product and quantity you are interested in, your destination and your message.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages. If you write to us, we receive your message and the contact details it comes from.
• Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not ask for payment details.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotations, specifications or samples.
• To arrange and document orders and shipments if we do business together.
• To keep the business and tax records required by Indian law.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without your agreement.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted service providers, who handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our email inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores our email.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you contact us on WhatsApp.

When we fulfil an order, we share the details needed with the parties involved, such as our manufacturing partners, laboratories, freight forwarders, customs and banks. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside India or outside your country, for example in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and order records for as long as the law requires us to keep them. After that we delete them.

How we protect it

This website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to our email and service accounts is restricted to our team.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you are, data protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 may give you further rights. Children
