How we work on every order

  • Specification agreed in writing

Grade, analysis or size and colour, packing and loading are agreed in writing before production starts.

  • Pre-shipment inspection

Each consignment is tested or inspected against the agreed specification before dispatch.

  • Documents shared in draft

The export document set is shared with you in draft for checking before shipment, so nothing holds up clearance at your port.

  • Your own inspection welcome

You may appoint an independent inspection agency for any category. Details below.
